Is there a cost to register a dispute?

        No, credit disputes are free of cost.

 

What do I need to register a dispute?

1. PDF copy of the disputed Credit Report *. The PDF must clearly show:
   - Company ID
   - Contract Code(s) being disputed
   - Creditor Name(s)
2. Supporting documentation (optional)
   - Letter of Non-indebtedness
   - Payment receipts
   - Etc.

When will I get a response to my Dispute?

We will contact you within seven (7) business days of your submission.

*Be advised, request processing will be delayed if all required information is not submitted.
